Butter Paneer Masala – dhaba style, creamy aur full rich 😋 25 min me ban jayega

Samagri – 3 to 4 logon ke liye

Paneer ke liye:

  • Paneer 250 gm – cubes me kata hua
  • Haldi ¼ tsp, Namak ¼ tsp

Gravy ke liye:

  • Makhan 3 tbsp
  • Tel 1 tbsp
  • Pyaaz 2 badi – barik kati hui
  • Tamatar 3 bade – puree bana lo
  • Adrak-lahsun paste 1.5 tbsp
  • Kaju 10-12 – 10 min garam paani me bhigo do
  • Hari mirch 1-2
  • Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder 1.5 tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp – haath me masal ke
  • Fresh cream 3 tbsp
  • Namak swad anusaar
  • Dhaniya patti garnish ke liye

Banane ka Tarika

1. Paneer prep – 2 min
Paneer cubes ko haldi+namak laga ke 1 min garam paani me daal do. Nikaal ke side rakh do. Isse paneer soft rahega.

2. Base gravy – 8 min
Kadai me 1 tbsp makhan + 1 tbsp tel garam karo.
Pyaaz daal ke golden hone tak bhuno. Adrak-lahsun paste daal ke 1 min bhuno.
Tamatar puree + kaju daal ke 6-7 min pakao jab tak tel na chhodne lage.

3. Masala + blending – 5 min
Thanda hone do phir mixie me pees ke smooth paste bana lo. Isi se restaurant wali creamy texture aayegi.

4. Final cooking – 8 min
Wahi kadai me bacha 2 tbsp makhan garam karo.
Pisa hua paste daalo, lal mirch, dhaniya powder, namak daal ke 2 min bhuno.
1 cup paani daal ke 3-4 min medium flame pe pakao.
Gravy thodi thick lage to paneer + kasuri methi + garam masala daal do. 2 min aur pakao.
Gas band karke cream daal do, mix karo.
Upar se dhaniya patti + thoda makhan daal ke serve karo.

Pro Tips:

  • Rang accha chahiye? ½ tsp Kashmiri lal mirch use karo, spicy nahi hoga.
  • Aur creamy? 1 tsp malai ya 1 tsp honey daal do end me.
  • Dhaba taste? Smoke do: Ek garam koyla foil pe rakho, uspe ghee daal ke 30 sec kadai me dhak do.
